We are seeking great people to join our team for the upcoming 2026 farming season. Some off-farm, shared staff housing may be available, however staff should be prepared to search for their own housing in the area.

We are a certified organic farm located in the beautiful Pemberton Valley. Established in 2009, we grow over 20 varieties of field and greenhouse vegetables and are committed to providing the finest local produce to the communities of Pemberton and Whistler through a weekly CSA Harvest Box program, restaurants, and grocery retailers. We are committed to a fun, respectful and productive workplace culture.

The farm is a fast-paced environment with objectives and deadlines requiring work to be done efficiently. We work hard but have fun doing it, and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done. We celebrate that many of our prior staff have gone on to start their own successful farming endeavors.
Organic Farm Field Crew. Leadership Opportunities Available with Experience!
We are seeking self-motivated, hard working individuals who aspire to learn about a career in small-scale organic vegetable farming. Field Crew members will work as part of a team along with the owner/operator and the farm manager to accomplish daily tasks associated with running a productive, established, mixed vegetable farm. For those with prior mixed vegetable farm experience (one-two full seasons minimum), and seeking more responsibility, we offer optional leadership opportunities available as part of our field crew. We are especially interested in folks with experience in the areas of harvest and/or the pack shed on a 2+ acre commercial mixed vegetable farm.
